We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Physics Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject mastery and the ability to simplify complex physical concepts for students ranging from Foundation (Class 8–10) to JEE/NEET aspirants (Class 11–12). You will be responsible for driving academic excellence, student engagement, and competitive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruction: Deliver high-energy, concept-focused lectures that cater to both board examinations and competitive entrance standards.
- Curriculum Development: Create high-quality study material, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), question banks, and periodic test papers.
- Doubt Resolution: Provide personalized support during and after class to address conceptual gaps and solve advanced-level numerical problems.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze student test data to identify weak areas and conduct remedial sessions for underperforming students.
- Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor, guiding students on exam strategy, time management, and stress handling.
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (from IITs/NITs preferred) or M.Sc. in Physics.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in coaching institutes (specifically JEE/NEET domains).
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
