Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Company: Autobahn Trucking (BharatBenz) Location: Talegaon Dabhade, Pune Job Summary Autobahn Trucking is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, ensure excellent service, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-in visits. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. - Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Spare Parts teams to resolve customer concerns. - Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers after vehicle delivery or service. - Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system. - Address customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution. - Conduct customer satisfaction (CSAT) and feedback calls. - Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily/weekly reports. - Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives. Eligibility - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Service, or Front Office. - Experience in the automobile industry is preferred. - Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude and team player.
