Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure statutory compliance, prepare financial reports, and support management with accurate financial information. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, and Journal Entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- Verify payroll entries and statutory deductions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA (Preferred)
- Experience: 5–8 years in Manufacturing Industry (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
