- Generate new business from manufacturing industries by identifying and approaching decision-makers in Maintenance, Production, Instrumentation, Automation, Electrical, and Purchase departments
- Conduct regular customer visits across Baddi and nearby industrial areas to promote Synchronics' industrial electronics repair services and build strong relationships
- Identify and qualify repair opportunities for PLCs, HMIs, Variable Frequency Drives, Servo Systems, Process Instruments, Power Supplies, and Laboratory Instruments
- Prepare comprehensive customer visit reports, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow up on quotations to convert enquiries into repair orders
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals while coordinating with Vadodara Head Office for repair execution and seamless customer support
- Represent Synchronics professionally at industrial exhibitions, trade events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration and establish Synchronics as the preferred industrial electronics repair partner
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline; Diploma holders with proven industrial sales experience are also welcome
- Sales Executive: 1-3 years of sales experience; Assistant Manager: 3-6 years; Manager: 6+ years in relevant sales roles
- Prior experience in industrial automation, electrical products, instrumentation, or industrial services is strongly preferred
- MBA in Marketing or relevant advanced qualification is an added advantage for managerial positions
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively across Baddi and nearby industrial areas
- Willing to travel to Vadodara Head Office for product training and professional development as required
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and comfortable visiting factories and industrial plant environments
