Job Summary (Simplified): We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical CAD Design Engineer to join our technical team. Your main job will be to create precise 3D models and 2D drawings for our hydraulic products. Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Modeling: Create detailed 3D models of hydraulic cylinders, power packs, and related components using SolidWorks.
- Technical Drawings: Develop accurate 2D production drawings, including assembly drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- GD&T Application: Apply basic Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure parts are manufactured correctly and fit together perfectly.
- Design Optimization: Work closely with the production team to refine designs for better manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
- Documentation: Maintain organized digital folders for all design projects and ensure revision control is strictly followed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong project portfolios or internships are encouraged to apply).
- Software Expertise: Must be an expert in SolidWorks. Candidates should be comfortable with part modeling, assembly, and drafting modules.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic GD&T and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related diploma.

- Detail-Oriented: A high level of precision is required to ensure designs are error-free before they hit the shop floor.

- Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill level).
