Key Responsibilities
- Outlet Operations: Maximize the daily performance of all restaurant and lounge outlets. Oversee floor service during peak hours to ensure fast, high-quality execution and guest satisfaction.
- Financial & Revenue Management: Control labor and beverage costs, set daily/monthly sales targets for each outlet, analyze food and beverage margins, and implement strategic pricing to boost profitability.
- Menu Engineering & Marketing: Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to design, test, and launch innovative menus based on local dining trends. Develop creative restaurant promotions and marketing strategies to drive non-resident guest covers.
- Inventory & Supplier Relations: Manage beverage cellars, bar inventory, and operating equipment (operating stock/OS&E). Partner with procurement to negotiate contracts with beverage and food suppliers.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor outlet managers, captains, and service associates. Create a strong culture of active upselling and strict adherence to service steps.
- Compliance & Hygiene: Maintain absolute compliance with local food safety, health department, and liquor licensing regulations across all outlets.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in F&B service, with at least 2–3 years in a Manager or Assistant F&B Manager role. Strong preference for individuals with a proven track record in high-volume standalone restaurants or lifestyle hotel outlets over banquet-heavy operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, Microsoft Excel, and reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable). Deep expertise in beverage management (wine lists, mixology trends, and cost controls).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration.
- Attributes: Highly analytical with strong business acumen, excellent communication and guest relations skills, and a dynamic, hands-on leadership style.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
