Telesales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, explaining products or services, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and pending sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
