### **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:** * Maintain daily accounts including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments * Record financial transactions using accounting software such as Tally * Prepare and manage ledgers and cash books **2. Billing & Invoicing:** * Generate accurate invoices and maintain proper billing records * Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients * Operation handalling like indent list ,pending order list and current dispatch position update,stock taking from warehouse supervisor **3. Bank & Reconciliation Work:** * Perform regular bank reconciliation statements * Monitor all banking transactions and maintain accurate records **4. Taxation Work:** * Assist in GST return preparation and filing * Maintain TDS records and related documentation **5. Payroll Management:** * Prepare employee salary sheets * Maintain attendance and salary records using Excel ### **Advanced Excel Responsibilities:** * Prepare MIS reports using Microsoft Excel * Apply formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, and COUNTIF * Create Pivot Tables and dashboards for financial analysis * Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure data accuracy * Generate automated reports and financial summaries ### **Reporting:** * Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss statements * Support management in decision-making through data analysis
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
