About the Role
Mahatta Media Solutions is looking for an experienced Localization Vendor & Project Coordination Manager to manage global vendor relationships and coordinate multilingual localization, voice-over, dubbing, translation, and video production projects. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in localization, vendor management, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, onboard, and manage localization vendors, translators, voice artists, and freelancers.
- Coordinate translation, subtitling, dubbing, voice-over, and video production projects.
- Allocate resources and assign work based on project requirements.
- Track project timelines, quality, budgets, and vendor performance.
- Maintain artist databases, rate cards, and availability trackers.
- Coordinate vendor invoices and payment processes.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Localization, Vendor Management, or Project Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of translation, subtitling, dubbing, voice-over, and media localization workflows.
- Experience with project management and CAT tools (Smartcat, SDL Trados, Jira, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted localization tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
