Role Overview:
Looking for an organized, client-facing professional to support sales operations, order coordination, and design/production follow-up in a furniture retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track client inquiries across all channels; prepare quotes, presentations, and sales documents
- Support sales reps/BDMs with materials and admin for client meetings
- Prepare order handover documents for drawings/production; update Production & Delivery trackers
- Maintain client correspondence, upholstery catalogues, and price lists
- Coordinate site visits (measurements/markings) and follow up on client fabric/finish/hardware selections
- Order fabrics/leather; coordinate sample logistics and client deliveries
- Support client inspections and post-delivery snag resolution
- Assist with marketing materials and WhatsApp broadcasts
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in furniture industry, luxury retail sales, or related field
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong communicator; enjoys client interaction
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong team player, high integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of materials & production methods
- Strong design aesthetic; passion for interiors/furniture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Illustrator
- Project management experience
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
