As an Education Counsellor, you will play a key role in student acquisition and business growth by guiding students in choosing the right education pathways and building strong relationships with institutions. This role combines career counselling, sales, and relationship management within the EdTech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and convert prospective students through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Provide career counselling to students for higher education programs (domestic and international)
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and universities
Generate leads through online and offline channels
Conduct and promote seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions
Make outbound calls and emails to explain programs and services
Perform field visits to colleges and educational institutions for partnerships and promotional activities
Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to support campaigns and growth initiatives
Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and referral generation
Track and manage leads, conversions, and counselling outcomes
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Education Counselling, B2C Sales, EdTech, or BPO
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for education and student career development
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing / Education / Business preferred)
Candidates based in Pune preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
