About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect with 2–3 years of experience in architectural design, space planning, 3D visualization, and rendering. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, creating 3D models, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings and architectural plans using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and architectural visualizations using Revit Architecture and SketchUp.
- Prepare high-quality renders and presentations using V-Ray and D5 Rendering.
- Develop mood boards, presentations, and design concepts using Photoshop.
- Coordinate with project, design, production, and other internal teams.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, design consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
- Prepare working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and presentation drawings.
- Assist in material selection, design development, and project documentation.
- Manage multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain proper documentation and design files.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD – Strong proficiency
- Revit Architecture – Strong proficiency
- SketchUp – Strong proficiency
- V-Ray – Good knowledge
- D5 Rendering – Good knowledge
- Adobe Photoshop – Strong proficiency
- MS Office – Good working knowledge
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, space planning, and design principles.
- Good visualization and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in architectural/design projects.
Preferred Candidate
- Creative and innovative approach to design.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert concepts into detailed drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Experience in furniture, interior, retail, commercial, or residential design will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
