Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, and facilities to external stakeholders.
- Visit clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and corporate offices for business development activities.
- Coordinate with consultants and departments to ensure smooth referral processes.
- Generate patient referrals and increase hospital footfall.
- Maintain records of referrals and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Organize marketing activities, health camps, CMEs, and promotional events.
- Handle patient and referral partner queries professionally.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure achievement of monthly referral and revenue targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of hospital services and healthcare industry.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare marketing Only.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in referral marketing, hospital marketing, or healthcare business development preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
