Role Overview
We are seeking a Channel Sales professional with strong experience in creating, onboarding, and managing distributors to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and onboard new distributors in assigned territories
- Manage and grow existing distributor networks
- Drive primary and secondary sales through channel partners
- Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage
- Conduct distributor reviews and market visits
- Implement sales schemes and resolve channel issues
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in distributor creation and channel management
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
