About Us
Rudrayani (rudrayani.com) is an online fashion e-commerce brand. We're looking for a hands-on, versatile marketer who can run ad campaigns, create scroll-stopping content for our products, and build/manage our Shopify store — someone who genuinely enjoys wearing multiple hats and cares about how a fashion brand looks and sells online.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales
- Design ad creatives, Instagram posts, reels, and carousels using tools like Canva/Photoshop
- Build and maintain websites on Shopify and WordPress — from landing pages to full product/service sites
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple, actionable reports (weekly/monthly)
- Collaborate on content calendars and stay on top of festival/seasonal campaign timing
- Troubleshoot basic website issues (broken links, page speed, plugin/app updates)
- Stay updated with platform trends (Meta, Google, Shopify, WordPress) to keep our campaigns and sites current
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience (personal projects, internship, or freelance work counts) with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Shopify (theme customisation, product setup) and WordPress (Elementor or similar page builders)
- An eye for clean, modern visual design — you know what makes someone stop scrolling
- Self-starter attitude — comfortable managing multiple small projects at once
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi as needed)
- A digital marketing certificate/course background is a plus, not mandatory
Nice to Have
- Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
- Understanding of SEO basics
- Prior experience with e-commerce or D2C brands
