We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the finance and accounting operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, cost control, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to provide financial insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall accounting and financial operations of the manufacturing unit.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management.
- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor budget versus actual performance.
- Prepare product costing, cost sheets, variance analysis, and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation, fixed assets, and working capital management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and implement accounting policies and standard operating procedures.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, fund planning, loan documentation, and treasury operations.
- Review payroll accounting and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory deductions.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team while ensuring timely completion of accounting activities.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, stores, and sales departments to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial data, identify business risks, and provide strategic recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records, reconciliations, and statutory documentation.
- Support management during financial planning, business expansion, capital investment decisions, and profitability analysis.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per month
