- Manage day-to-day facility and office administration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for maintenance and support services.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, and other facility-related functions.
- Ensure timely maintenance of office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
- Monitor vendor performance and manage service contracts, AMCs, and renewals.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Manage office space utilization and workplace requirements.
- Prepare and monitor facility budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
- Support employee workplace needs and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility and administration functions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
