Job Description – Service Coordinator – Customer Service Support:
Designation : Co-ordinator_ Customer Service Support
Educational Qualification : Diploma/ UG-ECE-E&I, EEE
Experience : 3 to 4 yrs Experience
Job Location : Based in Chennai
Salary : 23K to 25K
Attending to complaints & any other queries.
Coordinate with the customer & service engineers for execution of installation of the equipment at customer site.
Plan engineers service calls.
Offer quotations / tenders for service / spare / AMC’s.
Coordination with the customers for PO, payment release, document for spare supply etc.,
Service order processing.
Coordination for delivery of equipment as per customer’s PO.
Coordinate collection of customer satisfaction feedback reports.
MIS report preparation.
Maintenance of records, files, registers etc., on regular basis.
Any other work assigned, from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Customer Service Support: 3 years (Preferred)
