Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to generate and qualify leads.
● Engage with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and regular follow-ups.
● Convert qualified leads into site visits and property presentations.
● Manage leads throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry to closure.
● Understand client requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
● Schedule and conduct meetings with potential buyers and investors.
● Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed real estate decisions.
● Negotiate and facilitate successful deal closures.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
● Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and organizational sales targets
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
