Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Baner , Pune
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our BIM, Tekla, Cost Consultancy, and Interior Design & Build services.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling and networking
- Identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on prospects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of Business Development/Sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the AEC/Construction industry is preferred
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Salary: 2.4 lakh CTC + attractive incentives
