About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with youth to build their agency—the ability to make informed life and career decisions. Through facilitation, counseling, and mentorship, you’ll support their emotional, social, and mental well-being while guiding them toward meaningful career paths.
Reporting to: Centre Head
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate Learning: Conduct the Foundation Course (introductory program) for new students
- Track Progress: Ensure completion of the course and maintain student attendance
- Assess Potential: Facilitate counseling assessments to evaluate aptitude, personality, and career fit
- 1:1 Counseling: Guide students based on assessment results and help them make informed career choices
- Identify Gaps: Compare assessment outcomes with counseling insights and take corrective actions
- Collaborate: Support team members and contribute to a positive learning environment
Who You Are
- BA/MA in Psychology, Counseling, Training, or Postgraduate in any field
- 1–2 years of experience (preferably in counseling or youth engagement)
- Comfortable handling groups of 25–30 students
- Passionate about youth development and social impact
- Strong counseling, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and a positive role model
- Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Immediate joiners preferred
