Having 4 years of exp in end-to-end order fulfilment — from processing incoming purchase orders to coordinating packaging, arranging logistics ensuring accurate documentation
Job Responsibilities:-
1. Tallying and reconciling delivery challans between factory and receiver
2. Accurate data entry and record maintenance in Excel and Tally
3. Coordinating with the packaging team to ensure timely packing of Quick Commerce and retail shop orders
4. Booking and liaising with logistics / courier companies for factory-to-shop and client deliveries
5. Monitoring incoming emails for Quick Commerce purchase orders, ensuring timely packing, and preparing delivery challans and GST tax invoices
6. Supervising order packing to ensure adherence to client specifications
7. Preparing and managing compliance documents — GST Tax Invoices and E-Way Bills
8. Monitoring and coordinating stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory
9. Managing returns — coordinating with logistics partners and the packaging team for return pickups, inspection, and restocking
10. Following up with vendors on pending deliveries, order confirmations, and supply timelines
11. wellversed with basic tally GST, Eway bill portal and Excel sheet & Ms Word
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
