We're looking for a Reservations & Customer Support Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to travellers.
As a Reservations & Customer Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless travel experience. You'll manage post-booking reservations, liaise with suppliers across Europe, and support customers by resolving travel-related issues with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has outstanding communication skills, and has previous experience in the travel or tourism industry.

- Process a high volume of reservations accurately using supplier portals and internal systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by handling customer queries and resolving travel-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm bookings, make amendments, and resolve operational challenges.
- Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Follow established processes and service standards while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Previous experience within the Travel or Tourism industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in reservations, travel operations, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience handling customer queries, complaints, and issue resolution.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems and working with reservation platforms and CRM tools.
- A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be based in Bengaluru, or be willing to relocate before joining.Working Pattern
- Hybrid working model – 2 days per week in the Bengaluru office
- 5-day working week/Rotational shifts
- Weekend working will be required on a rotational basis, with weekly offs provided on other weekdays.
- Flexibility to work according to business requirements.
