Job Purpose
The Jr. Executive – HR & Plant Admin will support day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the plant. The role includes handling employee documentation, recruitment coordination, attendance management, housekeeping supervision, training coordination, facility administration, and workforce support activities to ensure smooth plant functioning and effective HR operations.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, attendance records, and documentation accurately.
- Support HR Executive in preparing HR-related reports, letters, and employee documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation for recruitment, onboarding, training, leave, and employee records.
- Maintain labour registers, compliance records, and support statutory documentation.
- Assist in payroll coordination by sharing attendance and overtime details.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interview rounds for basic candidate assessment.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and department heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support joining formalities, document collection, and employee onboarding processes.
- Assist in manpower planning and labour hiring coordination with vendors.
3. Training & Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee training schedules and maintain training records.
- Assist in identifying training needs and preparing training plans/calendars.
- Support execution of training sessions and maintain attendance reports.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal initiatives.
- Collect employee feedback and support engagement improvement activities.
4. Plant Administration & Facility Management
- Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards across plant premises.
- Supervise housekeeping activities and monitor daily upkeep.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities related to plant facilities.
- Monitor utilities such as electricity, water supply, lighting, and safety equipment.
- Assist in handling emergency situations and administrative support activities.
5. Attendance, Uniform & Workforce Support
- Maintain daily attendance in HR software and physical registers.
- Support ID card generation and employee database management.
- Administer uniform and PPE distribution and maintain records.
- Ensure discipline regarding PPE usage and workplace hygiene.
6. Canteen, Asset & Vendor Coordination
- Support canteen administration including hygiene and consumption monitoring.
- Maintain office stationery, PPE stock, and administrative inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, canteen, maintenance, and labour supply.
- Assist in tracking company assets and maintaining records.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
