About the Company
BUNNY STUDCON PVT LTD is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, designing, project coordination, and ensuring quality execution of projects as per client requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed designs.
- Develop 2D and 3D architectural plans as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, structural engineers, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design compliance.
- Prepare presentation drawings, elevations, sections, and interior concepts.
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with MEP, civil, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Review material specifications and suggest suitable architectural finishes.
- Support estimation and BOQ preparation related to architectural works.
- Handle design modifications and resolve site-related architectural issues.
- Prepare project documentation and maintain design records.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables and project milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in architectural design and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or other architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural standards, materials, and construction methods.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Good visualization, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building by-laws and approval processes will be an added advantage.
