Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – HR with 6–7 years of experience, specializing in end-to-end recruitment and core HR functions. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in HR and be capable of independently managing hiring processes, employee engagement, and HR operations to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and develop workforce plans
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Oversee documentation, HRMIS updates, and employee records
- Conduct HR audits and support training & development efforts
- Provide strategic HR insights to leadership for organizational growth
- Promote a healthy, inclusive, and productive work culture
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- 6–7 years of relevant HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
