Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery at the branch level, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Manage and lead a team of frontline staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other teams within the Consumer Banking Group to identify and address customer needs and pain points
- Analyze branch performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the bank's distribution and service capabilities
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
- Demonstrated experience in implementing operational policies and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
