We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and confident individuals to join our team as Pharma Sales Executives (Telecallers).
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors, pharmacies, distributors, stockists, and potential clients to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Explain product benefits, pricing, offers, and company services effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate call records, customer data, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and customer support.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, telecalling, telesales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (Marg, MS Excel, CRM, email handling).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and self-motivation.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
