Position: Chef de Partie (South Indian Cuisine)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of South Indian dishes in accordance with Le Pondy’s standards.
- Plan and execute daily mise-en-place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and quality of all South Indian menu items.
- Supervise and guide Commis and trainees working in the South Indian section.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety as per FSSAI norms.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage through proper planning and storage.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef for menu planning and special events.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Follow standard recipes, SOPs, and cost control measures.
- Support banquet and outdoor catering operations when required.
- Comply with company policies, discipline, and grooming standards at all times.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
