*Job Description*
We are urgently hiring an experienced Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support to a student in an inclusive classroom setting.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Assist the student in academic tasks and classroom activities
- Implement strategies suggested by therapists/special educators
- Help with behavior management and social interaction
- Maintain daily progress records and coordinate with teachers and parents
- Ensure the student’s safety and emotional well-being during school hours
*Requirements*
- *Experience:* Minimum 1-2 years as a Shadow Teacher
- *Qualification:* Diploma/Degree in Special Education, Psychology
- *Skills:* Patience, good communication, classroom management, basic understanding of IEPs
- *Joining:* Immediate / ASAP

- *Salary:* ₹25,000 per month
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
