Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as required.
- Assist in facility management and employee support activities.
- Maintain attendance records and support HR-related administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of office premises.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and correspondence activities.
- Support management with administrative reports and MIS.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration or Office Management.
- Experience with vendor management and office coordination is preferred.
