Job Summary
The Trainer – Handheld Devices Technician will be responsible for providing training on mobile phone hardware, software, troubleshooting, and repair of mobiles and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver training on repair and maintenance of mobile phones, tablets, chargers, and accessories.
· Demonstrate fault diagnosis, component replacement, software installation, and testing.
· Train candidates on repairing display, battery, charging jack, speaker, microphone, and motherboard issues.
· Conduct practical sessions on Android and iOS devices.
· Maintain trainee attendance, practical records, and assessment reports.
· Prepare training material, lab setup, and lesson plans.
· Ensure safe handling of repair tools and testing equipment.
· Guide trainees for assessment, interview, and placement activities.
· Maintain documentation as per SSC/NSDC requirements.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of mobile hardware and software repair.
· Good troubleshooting and practical demonstration skills.
· Knowledge of Android and iOS systems.
· Good communication and classroom management skills.
· Ability to prepare reports and maintain records.
Trainer Qualification
· Graduate in any discipline, preferably Electronics & Communication, Telecom, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Minimum 6 years of experience in handset repairing after graduation.
· Certified Trainer mapped to Qualification Pack MEP/Q2601 v3.0 with minimum 80% aggregate score.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
