- Manage day-to-day Clinical Sales & operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Supervise front office, therapists, consultants, and support staff
- Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction at all touchpoints
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, staff rosters, and workflow planning
- Monitor clinic performance, daily reports, operational & Sales targets.
- Support the team in achieving revenue and service goals
- Handle client queries, feedback, and basic issue resolution professionally
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to internal processes
- Coordinate with head office for reports, inventory, and administrative updates
- Minimum years of experience in slimming clinic, wellness center, fitness center ,Aesthetic, Salon or Retail Industry is mandatory
- Experience in Sales & Revenue generation is mandatory.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, CRM or billing software)
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities
- working on weekends is mandatory & can avail week off on alternative days.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
