Job Title: Research Analyst

Experience: 1–5 years
Education: Graduation and above (Technical preferred but not binding)
Role Summary
A hybrid Research + Strategy + Client Enablement role.
Own qualitative studies end-to-end, generate business-focused insights, and act as a trusted client partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Design discussion guides and research frameworks
- Moderate IDIs, FGDs, and online interviews
- Review transcripts and conduct thematic analysis
- Generate insights and business recommendations
- Build client-ready decks and narratives
- Lead client calls, presentations, and debriefs
- Manage timelines, quality, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with field, recruitment, and operations
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) for analysis and drafting

- End-to-end qualitative research delivery
- Discussion guide design and moderation
- Thematic analysis and insight generation
