Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Manager (L3) to oversee the end-to-end counselling funnel (Calling + VC + Closures) for MBBS Abroad. The role involves driving conversions, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality lead movement from initial contact to final admission.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Oversee the entire calling and video counselling (VC) funnel performance
Monitor lead flow from L1 to L2 and ensure seamless handover and tracking
Define, implement, and enforce SOPs for lead management and closure tracking
Identify funnel gaps and optimize processes to improve conversion rates
Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and targeting
Track team performance and ensure alignment with admission goals
Drive overall lead-to-admission conversions and revenue outcomes
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Lead-to-show (VC) growth
Lead-to-closure conversion %
Funnel drop-off analysis and optimization
Overall admission conversion rate
Eligibility Criteria:
Preferred Background:
Experience in MBBS Abroad Consultancy
Exposure to Study Abroad / EdTech companies
Experience in managing counselling or inside sales teams
Key Skills Required:
Strong analytical and funnel management skills
Excellent communication in Hindi and English (mandatory)
Leadership and team management ability
Process-driven mindset with focus on SOPs and efficiency
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with CRM tools and performance tracking
