Job Opening: CNC Machine Operator (Fanuc Control)
Location: Baidyabati, Hooghly
Duty Hours: 12 Hours Shift
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Preferred
Experience: 5-10 Years of experience in CNC Machine Operation
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc Control System
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Turning/Machining Centers with Fanuc Controls
- Set tools and offsets as per job requirements
- Read engineering drawings and process sheets
- Perform machining operations as per quality standards
- Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments
- Ensure machine productivity and minimize rejection/rework
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Fanuc Control operation
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience in tool setting and offset correction
- Knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments
- Understanding of machining parameters and quality requirements
