We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee, develop, and execute our overall digital marketing strategy. In this role, you will lead our efforts across all digital channels—including SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social media, and content marketing—to drive brand awareness, traffic, and high-quality lead generation.
The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver who thrives on optimizing campaigns, understands user journeys, and can translate marketing data into actionable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with core business growth goals.
- Paid Media (SEM/PPC): Launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
- Content & Social Media: Collaborate on content strategy to ensure brand consistency across blog posts, landing pages, email marketing, and organic social channels.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against targets (KPIs, ROI, ROAS, and CPA) using tools like Google Analytics 4.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously audit and test landing pages, ad copy, and email workflows to maximize conversion rates (CRO).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (either agency-side or in-house).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and major SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-backed adjustments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting ad copy, reviewing content, and presenting performance reports to leadership.
- Tools: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and graphic design principles (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience managing a small team of specialists or external freelance talent/agencies.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
