We are seeking an experienced and passionate PGT Commerce Teacher to teach classes 11 and 12, deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, and help students achieve strong academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons for classes 11–12 as per CBSE curriculum guidelines
Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments
Design and evaluate periodic tests, assignments, and projects
Maintain student performance records and provide regular feedback to parents
Use interactive and student-centric teaching methods to improve learning outcomes
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic planning
Mentor and guide students for competitive exams (where applicable)
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom
Collaborate with fellow subject teachers and coordinate with the academic team
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in Commerce with B.Ed. (mandatory)
CTET/TET qualified preferred
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at PGT level (CBSE board preferred)
Strong subject knowledge and command over teaching methodologies
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Proficiency in using digital tools/smart classrooms for teaching
Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
