We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, an excellent design sense, and a passion for creating content that captures attention and drives engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, brand videos, testimonials, and marketing creatives.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and animations to enhance content quality.
- Optimize videos for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content concepts.
Graphic Design
- Design high-quality social media posts, ad creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, layouts, and overall visual identity.
- Design graphics that improve audience engagement and campaign performance.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and clients to understand project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Good knowledge of motion graphics and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a marketing agency, creative agency, or digital marketing environment.
- Basic knowledge of AI-powered design and editing tools.
- Understanding of content marketing and performance-driven creatives.
- Experience creating ecommerce and advertising creatives is an advantage.
Eligibility
- Candidate must be based in Faridabad or nearby NCR region.
- Must be available for a Hybrid Work Model (combination of work-from-home and office visits as required).
- Must have a portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work.
