Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and experienced Service Advisor (Body & Paint) to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop. The role involves assessing vehicle body damage, preparing repair estimates, coordinating repair activities, handling insurance-related processes, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the repair cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive vehicles and assess body and paint repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards, repair estimates, and insurance-related documentation.
- Handle and coordinate insurance claims for accident-damaged vehicles.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim approvals and payment settlements.
- Explain repair procedures, costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with body shop technicians, denters, and painters to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Monitor repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Conduct final vehicle inspections prior to vehicle delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing service-related concerns and queries.
- Maintain accurate service records, estimates, and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Body & Paint service operations.
- Good knowledge of insurance claim procedures and accident repair processes.
- Strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in preparing estimates and maintaining service documentation.

Salary: ₹20,000 onwards + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
