We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, interact with our community, and analyze performance metrics to enhance social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Curation: Develop, create, and curate engaging content (images, videos, blog posts, and infographics) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Social Media Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and participating in conversations. Build a loyal online community by fostering meaningful relationships with audiences.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging remain consistent across all social media platforms. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to maintain a unified brand identity.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and create reports to track the performance of posts, campaigns, and overall social media growth. Use insights to improve future strategies and campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and promotions. Work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are on budget and reach the desired audience.
- Trends & Research: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitor activity. Adapt strategies to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
- Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners for content creation and cross-promotion opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Min 2Years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Strong understanding of analytics and social media performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Min 2Years Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Ability to adapt to different brand voices and target audiences
