Job: Sales Representative – AV & Network Solutions
CanvaLabs is a leading provider of professional audio-visual solutions, specializing in commercial AV integration, digital signage, control systems, conferencing solutions, and immersive environments. We serve corporate, education, hospitality, government, and enterprise clients.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves a mix of office work and remote coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and capable of handling client interactions across multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in AV & Network solutions through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
- Meet clients, conduct detailed presentations, product demonstrations, and understand technical and business requirements
- Coordinate closely with internal technical, design, and project teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documentation tailored to client needs
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to close deals and maintain strong sales pipelines
- Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Update and manage all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools regularly
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and provide suitable AV & network solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients while ensuring company profitability
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in AV & networking
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Marketing & Strategy
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and support sales.
- Manage company website content, SEO basics, landing pages, and campaign updates.
- Oversee social media channels and coordinate content calendars.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to develop case studies, pitch decks, and proposals.
- Support trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and corporate events.
- Track and report campaign performance and ROI.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English proficiency required)
- Strong email drafting and client handling capability
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a must
Experience:
- 1–5 years in sales (preferably in AV, IT, or related industry)
