IT Assistant Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Assistant Manager to oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, CCTV systems, and technology projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across all centres and supporting new centre setups with complete technology implementation.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure optimal performance of servers, storage systems, and network devices.
- Plan and implement IT upgrades and improvements.
- Monitor system security and compliance with organizational policies.
Project Management
- Lead IT projects including system procurement, deployment, upgrades, and migrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for successful project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of IT initiatives within budget.
Hardware Management
- Manage desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, CCTV systems, and other IT assets.
- Maintain hardware inventory and replacement schedules.
- Ensure all equipment remains operational and properly configured.
Network & Security Management
- Manage routers, firewalls, access points, wireless networks, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement IT security best practices and access controls.
Software Management
- Manage operating systems and software deployments.
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and productivity applications.
- Coordinate software licensing and updates.
- Train staff on software usage and best practices.
CCTV & Surveillance
- Oversee CCTV installation, maintenance, and monitoring across locations.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure surveillance systems remain functional and compliant.
Website & Data Management
- Coordinate website updates and maintenance with external vendors.
- Support content management systems and organizational data requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and backup procedures.
New Centre IT Setup
- Plan and implement complete IT infrastructure for new centres.
- Ensure installation and functionality of laptops, desktops, networking equipment, CCTV, televisions, and communication systems.

Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Diploma in IT or relevant IT certification preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, System Administration, or IT Support Management.

- Experience handling multi-location IT operations.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and network security.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers.
