ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Design Head to lead our residential interior design division. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role involves driving the firm’s creative direction, managing a team of 3–8 designers, and delivering high-end luxury residential projects for discerning homeowners and real estate developers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Leadership
- Define and uphold the firm’s design vision and quality standards.
- Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, functionality, and budget alignment.
- Develop and approve concepts, space plans, presentations, and detailed design documentation.
Technical & Visualization Oversight
- Oversee 3D visualizations and walkthroughs using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render, etc.
- Ensure accuracy in AutoCAD/Revit drawings, material specifications, and documentation standards.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of designers.
- Conduct design reviews, allocate workloads, and ensure timely project delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary design contact for luxury clients and developers.
- Present concepts confidently and manage feedback professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
Project & Process Management
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Coordinate with execution teams and conduct site visits to maintain design intent.
- Establish efficient workflows and quality control processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in residential interior design, with at
- least 2 years in a leadership or senior designer role.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a range of high-end residential and luxury
- interior projects.
- Strong command of AutoCAD/Revit for technical documentation and space
- planning.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization tools: SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape,
- Lumion, and/or D5 Render.
- Experience working with real estate developers and luxury residential
- clients is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a small design team and deliver projects
- on time and within budget.
- Software knowledge Autocad 2D & 3D , Revit, 3DS Max, Sketchup, Lumion, D5 Render

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
