Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
