5–8 years in production / manufacturing or related industry
Preferred background: Injection Molding, Stamping Process, Fabrication and Assembly Process (connectors/wiring harness)

Role Purpose
The Quality Operations Engineer will serve as the primary liaison between In-Process Quality and the Client's Power Solutions Group for all operations-related matters. This role focuses on conducting onsite visits, monitoring in-process quality, performing scrap and rework analysis, and evaluating quality gates. The role also involves coordinating with engineering, quality, automation and production teams to bring the voice of the customer into continuous improvement of daily operations. The position requires strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel as needed.
Key Requirements:
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Quality and Process Excellence.
- Strong exposure to handling customer complaints, with primary focus on process-related quality complaints, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience in any manufacturing-related industries such as automotive, industrial manufacturing, fabrication, electronics, engineering, or similar sectors.
- Generic quality management experience is acceptable, provided the candidate demonstrates strong knowledge of quality processes, problem-solving skills, and the right attitude toward continuous improvement.
Role Details:
- Global role supporting the Power Solutions business.
- Initially based in and supporting the Cochin operation.
- Potential future travel and support responsibilities for locations such as Mexicali (Mexico) and Thailand.
- Reporting directly to the Global Quality & Operational Excellence Head – Power Solutions, in UK

Qualifications : BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
