Job Description: We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
Explain company products/services to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
Maintain call records and customer data.
Resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident personality with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle calls and customer conversations effectively.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
