Vertaflow is a B2B appointment setting agency. We help companies book qualified meetings through cold outreach. We're growing fast and need sharp researchers to keep our lead pipeline full.
The Role
We need someone who can find and compile accurate prospect data based on ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) we define. This is a research-heavy role — no sales, no outreach. Just finding the right people and getting their details right.
What you'll do
- Research and build lead lists based on criteria we provide
- Find key details for each lead — full name, job title, company, email, phone number, LinkedIn URL, and company website
- Verify data accuracy before submitting
- Deliver lists in a clean, structured format (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Work on multiple ICPs across different industries as needed
What we need
- Experience with lead research or data sourcing
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, Hunter.io, or similar
- Strong attention to detail — bad data wastes everyone's time
- Ability to hit weekly lead targets consistently
- Comfortable taking briefs and working independently
Bonus points
- Experience with Clay, Phantombuster, or scraping tools
- Prior work with a B2B sales or outreach agency
Pay
Fixed monthly — based on experience and weekly volume targets.
