Who we're looking for:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as “Functional Engineer”. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or final-year students looking to kick start their careers in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
● Provide prompt and professional customer support through various channels, including e-mail, chat and Zoom.
● Understand client requirements and provide solutions to meet their business needs.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience.
● Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products to clients to drive revenue growth.
Internship and Salary Package:
● The position offers an annual package of 3 LPA - 4.2 LPA.
● If you are a student a mandatory internship(training period) with a stipend of Rs. 10,000/month will precede full-time employment, providing valuable hands-on experience.( Students who are in final year will be in the internship period until their academic year completion).
Qualifications:
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client's business requirements and provide effective solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
