JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Shall report to the OPD Manager.
- Shall maintain office supplies and forms necessary to carry out front desk activities.
- Shall answer the telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner within minimum rings.
- Shall liaise with patients, general practitioners, health care professionals, and patient’s family members in a compassionate and kind manner.
- Shall receive patients in a polite and courteous manner, monitoring the patient’s flow into the treatment and consulting rooms.
- Shall receive and convey messages in writing, electronically and verbally.
- Shall receive requests for recur medication and prepare prescriptions for the signature by the general practitioner.
- Shall fill bills of patients, provide receipt of money, and undertake any banking procedures.
- Shall ensure the waiting and reception areas are kept neat and clean, and report on any damage.
- Shall report the day to day activities to the Manager-OPD.
- Shall greet, receive & assist the patients' query in a polite & courteous manner.
- Any other work assigned by the OPD Manager/Directors/Chairman.
- Rotational Shifts -Day & Night

Pay: ₹15,912.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
